Woodenshoe

We went backpacking. It was awesome. It was, however, definitely different from other trips Matt and I have gone on. We tend to hike fast and far but this time, we hiked slow and enjoyed long afternoon breaks to get out four-legged friend out of the desert heat. He is turning out to be a great trail dog, by the way! We didn't go as far as we had intended but for once that wasn't a disappointment to us; we were just happy to be outside and away from work.
